Higher
Education
With
education thought to be one of the keys to any new immigrant group’s
success in America, a focus on Hmong achievement in the realm of higher
education can be an indicator of group well-being. In this regard, while
the bachelor’s degree attainment rates are low (7.5% of the adult Hmong
population compared to 24.4% of the entire U.S. population), rates are
climbing, particularly among Hmong women.
